At deeninfo, we offer digital Islamic resources such as ebooks and downloadable files. Because digital products cannot be physically returned once delivered, the following policy applies:
Digital Downloads Are Non-Refundable
Once a digital product has been purchased and the download/access link has been provided, no refund or return is possible. After the user has accessed the file, the product is considered delivered and the sale is final.
Before Download — Special Cases
A refund may be considered only if:
- The customer was charged twice for the same product (duplicate payment)
- The customer purchased the wrong product by mistake and has not accessed the download link
Technical Problems
If you face any of the following problems:
- broken or expired download link
- unreadable file
- corrupt or damaged file
- format not opening on your device
We will not issue a refund, but we will:

✔ replace the file
✔ provide a working download link
✔ ensure you receive your product correctly
Unauthorized Use
All purchased digital files are for personal use only.
Re-sharing, copying, reselling, or distributing the downloaded product is strictly prohibited.
