Shipping & Delivery Policy (for Digital & Phisical Products)
At deeninfi.com, we have these Islamic products, you know, things like printables and posters, stickers, wallpapers too. Some are just digital files you download, others get printed and sent out. I guess its important to explain the delivery stuff so no one gets confused.
Digital Products!
For the digital ones, like those printable posters or wallpapers, they come right after you pay. The link shows up in your email or maybe in your account on the site. No extra cost for shipping since its all online. But once you have it, no going back on refunds, because its downloaded already. If something goes wrong with getting the file, just reach out through the contact page, we can sort it.
Physical products
Physical Products take a bit more time. Printed posters, stickers, those kinds of things. We pack them up in one to three working days usually. Then shipping inside India is about three to seven days, depending where you are. Charges show up at checkout, clear as day. We pick good couriers to keep everything safe on the way.
After its shipped, you get tracking by email or text. Check it whenever to see where your stuff is. Sometimes delays happen, like bad weather or holidays messing things up, or the courier side. If its taking too long, contact us, happy to help out.
It seems like adding a note about personal use only for the products makes sense, digital ones especially, no sharing or selling them around. That part gets a bit tricky, but I think its key.
Oh, and for other stuff like refund policy or privacy, if needed, we could do something similar, keep it straightforward. Just let me know.
